All preorder items are made-to-order and have an estimated arrival time (ETA) listed in each product description. Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to production and shipping factors outside of our control.

Once preorder items arrive to us, orders will be processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from the time we receive the inventory.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order has been fulfilled.

If your order includes both preorder and ready-to-ship items, your order will ship together once all items are available.
